If this is your first visit and you do not have an account yet, tap the "Create account" button. Fill in your details and set a password that is yours alone — easy for you to remember, at least 6 characters long. Write it down somewhere safe. If you do forget it, no worries — inside the same section there is a "Forgot your password" link that lets you reset it in seconds.

Without these details we cannot accept the order — we need them to create the order and hand it over to the courier. Email orders can be paid by bank transfer only.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, personal pickup is currently not available.
When will my order be delivered?
Most orders leave our workshop within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. DPD takes 2–3 business days within Croatia and 1–8 business days within the European Union, depending on the destination zone (see Delivery).
Which payment options are available?
1. Card payment — Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners. Instalment plans available on most cards.
2. Bank transfer — online banking or a payment slip at any post office, FINA or bank.
3. PayPal.
Cash on delivery and KEKS Pay are available only for orders inside Croatia.
How much does delivery cost?
We ship with DPD.
European Union: prices depend on zone and weight, starting at 14.69 € for Slovenia.
Croatia: starting at 3.60 € (DPD Parcel Locker) or 3.93 € (home delivery).
The full price list for all zones is on the Delivery page. Free shipping over 34 € and cash on delivery apply only inside Croatia.

No, we do not offer express delivery.
