GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms define the ordering, payment, delivery and complaint procedure for the products offered on our website. The seller of the products is Angara d.o.o., Kašinski odvojak 20a, 10360 Sesvete, Croatia, OIB 95745406877, entered in the register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under MBS no. 080797593 – share capital HRK 20,000.00 / EUR 2,654.46 (fixed conversion rate 7.53450), represented by director Ivana Franjić. The Buyer of the products is a visitor to the online shop who selects at least one product, fills in the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
After your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the address with which you registered as a buyer, stating that the order has been received by Mala od lavande. The confirmation is generated automatically by the server and forwarded to the buyer at the moment the order is confirmed.
If you do not receive such a message, please check:

3. Whether the items are in your cart after logging in on the Mala od lavande website, and in that case repeat the ordering process.

Product prices are expressed in euros.
The Buyer is obliged to pay within seven days of selecting the products. Otherwise, the offer will be cancelled automatically, of which the Buyer will be notified by e-mail to the address provided at registration.
If the Buyer makes the payment on time but does not receive a notification to the registered e-mail address, they are obliged to inform the Seller within two days.
The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products together with the shipping costs by bank transfer or credit card. Payment by cash on delivery to the courier service is also possible (for this service the courier charges a fee stated in section 2. Shipping and Delivery).
You can pay for the ordered products in the following ways

Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch the ordered products. The ordered products are delivered to the buyer in accordance with the shipping conditions.
2. Cash on delivery when receiving the products from the courier
Cash on delivery allows you to settle your orders upon delivery to the address you provided, only once you can see the product in front of you. Cash on delivery is not available for personal pick-up at our warehouse. Cash on delivery is made exclusively in cash, to the courier at the moment of delivery to the stated address. If the recipient is unable to accept the package at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice about the arrival of the parcel.
If the cash-on-delivery package is not collected, an invoice for the delivery cost will be issued subsequently.
3. By card – Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Inspire, Diners, Premium Visa or Discover
When paying on our web shop you use CorvusPay – an advanced system for the secure acceptance of payment cards over the Internet.
CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card details from the moment you enter them into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our shop never comes into contact with the full data of your payment card. The data is also inaccessible even to CorvusPay system staff. An isolated core independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping it fully secure.
The payment data form is secured with the highest level of SSL transport encryption. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified to FIPS 140-2 Level 3. CorvusPay meets all the requirements for online payment security prescribed by the leading card brands and operates in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard – the highest security standard in the payment card industry. When paying with cards enrolled in the 3-D Secure programme, in addition to the card's validity, your bank also confirms your identity using a token or password.
Corvus Info treats all the information it collects as a banking secret and handles it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is entirely safe and its privacy is guaranteed by the most up-to-date security mechanisms. Only the data strictly necessary for business operations is collected, in accordance with the strict procedures laid down for online payment.
The security controls and operating procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the constant reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and by systematically implementing information security provisions, they continuously maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.
4. PayPal account
Payment by PayPal is the fastest and safest form of online payment.
The monetary obligation paid by the Buyer through a payment service provider shall be deemed settled on the day the payment service provider received the payment order from the buyer and that order became irrevocable in accordance with the provisions of the law governing payment transactions.
When paying into a foreign currency account, the Buyer is obliged to cover all costs (including the costs of the sending and receiving banks) into which they pay the funds (the amount is not shown on the offer as it depends on the bank).
A shipping cost is additionally charged to the price according to the price list published on the online shop's pages.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the payment is received.

Delivery for all orders over EUR 34 placed in the Mala od lavande online shop is free within Croatia.
Products purchased in the online shop are delivered by courier services. The order will be delivered to the buyer at the address indicated by the Buyer at purchase.
The delivery price is in accordance with the price list of the courier service DPD Croatia:

Delivery to address: from €3.14 to €8.18 depending on the weight of the parcel.
Delivery to a DPD parcel locker: from €2.30 to €3.20 depending on the weight of the parcel.
Free delivery for orders over €34 applies only to Croatia!
Cash on delivery
Available only for Croatia. The cash-on-delivery fee is €0.71 and is charged even with free delivery.
If the cash-on-delivery package is not collected, an invoice for the delivery cost will be issued subsequently.
Delivery to the European Union
We deliver to 24 EU countries via the DPD international network. Prices and delivery times depend on the destination.

The process of packing and dispatching the products begins after the payment becomes visible on the bank statement of Angara d.o.o. and on the buyer's account on malaodlavande.com, in the order in which payments arrive. PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCTS FOR DISPATCH MAY TAKE UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS!!!!
Courier services deliver the collected products to addresses within the Republic of Croatia within three to five WORKING days.
If the Buyer does not collect their parcel and it is returned to the Seller's address, the Buyer may:
(1) pay the shipping cost again, increased by ½ of the shipping amount charged to the Seller by the courier on the return of the package, so that the Seller can re-dispatch the order; or
(2) withdraw from the purchase, in which case the Seller will refund the amount paid, reduced by the shipping cost and ½ of the shipping amount charged to the Seller by the courier on the return of the package, as well as any bank fees.

The ordered products are packed in such a way that normal handling in transport cannot damage them. Upon receiving the products, the Buyer is obliged to check for any damage and report it immediately to the delivery worker who delivered the products, and to refuse to accept delivered products with visible external damage.
3. RETURN / COMPLAINT ABOUT PURCHASED PRODUCTS
The Buyer has the right to a product return in the following cases:
(1) delivery of products that were not ordered
(2) delivery of products whose shelf life has expired
(3) delivery of products that have a fault or damage
When the products arrive, checking the correctness of the order is the Buyer's responsibility. Please compare the products received with the invoice, and if anything is missing, notify the courier immediately, as subsequent complaints cannot be accepted.
If it is not possible to deliver a replacement product, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the value of the product that can no longer be delivered.
If the Buyer has a justified complaint regarding the delivered products, they are obliged to notify the Seller in writing and to return the products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging; otherwise, they lose the right to a return.
The Seller will issue a refund or replacement of the product within thirty working days from the day the returned product is received following an approved complaint.
In the case of a refund, the Seller will return to the Buyer only the amount paid for the subject of the sale, and not any additional costs (delivery, bank money transfer, etc.) arising from the purchase.
In accordance with Article 8, paragraph 2 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette "Narodne novine", Nos. 79/07, 125/07 – corr., 79/09 and 89/09 – corr.), we inform consumers that complaints about the quality of our services may be submitted in writing to the address:

We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the day the complaint is received, or by e-mail.
The Seller undertakes to fulfil the sales contract without delay, at the latest within 30 days from the day the contract is concluded, whereby the process of producing, packing and delivering the products begins when all the products in the order are available, and no later than ten working days from the receipt of payment.
If the Seller is unable to fulfil the contract within that period, they will inform the Buyer in writing without delay, and the Buyer may give the Seller a subsequent deadline for performance of the contract, choose a replacement product or declare termination of the contract in writing.
6. RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The Buyer may, without stating a reason, unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of the day on which the goods forming the subject of the contract were handed into the possession of the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier.
Before the expiry of the deadline for unilateral termination, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller of the decision to terminate the contract, by means of the unilateral termination form or by any other unambiguous statement expressing their will to terminate the contract.

Effects of unilateral termination of the contract
In the case of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it has received on the basis of the contract.
The Seller will refund the Buyer only after the goods have been returned, or after the Buyer has provided proof that the goods were sent back to the Seller.
The Seller will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that the Buyer used, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another means of payment and provided that the Buyer is not obliged to pay any additional costs for such a refund.
The Buyer must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from notifying the Seller of the decision to terminate the contract.
The Buyer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods and is responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
If the product has been used, the Seller is not obliged to refund the amount paid. If the Buyer has ordered a product that was ordered exclusively for them, there is no option to return the product, except in the case of a complaint about the product.
If the Buyer orders goods and refuses to accept them, the Seller has the right to request compensation from the Buyer for the postal and own handling costs.
The R-1 invoice (business invoice, under Croatian tax rules) is issued and sent by the courier service together with the products. The Buyer is obliged to enter the necessary details when placing the order.
8. LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS
Material defects of the products will be resolved by the parties in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima).
All products on the Seller's website are natural, and the shelf life of all products is stated on the product declaration.
The Seller is not liable for possible skin reactions that might occur from the use of the products, as we have no insight into the individual health conditions of buyers.
All ingredients used in our products are listed on our website, together with their indications and contraindications; if the Buyer is not sure about using certain oils and preparations, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
The information about essential oils on the Seller's website is provided for informational purposes only and does not cover all necessary precautions, nor their mode of action, possible interactions with other oils or the consequences of their use. The purpose of this information is not to give medical advice, prescribe therapy, make a diagnosis or provide instructions for the use of individual products.
The Seller does not assume any responsibility for the use of the information published on the pages of the online shop.
10. STATEMENT ON THE PROTECTION AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR USE
Privacy protection describes how the Seller handles your personal data received during the use of the online shop. Personal data means your identification data: name and surname, e-mail address, home address and telephone number, i.e. data that is not otherwise publicly available, but which the Seller learns during your use of the online shop.
The Seller will keep your personal data confidential and will not distribute, publish, pass on to third parties or in any other way make it available to any third party without your prior consent. You can read more about the security of your data in "Data Security", which we have upgraded and aligned with the conditions set by the European Commission for the implementation of the GDPR regulation (General Data Protection Regulation).
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, excluding liability for the possible consequences of such changes, and undertakes to inform all registered users via the e-mail addresses they entered at registration.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered at registration. If any of the data you entered at registration changes, you are obliged to update your user account immediately in order to notify us of the changes.
On the website malaodlavande.com, it is possible to collect loyalty points with every purchase.
Details:
1. The value of 1 reward point is €1.
2. Points are valid for 90 days from the moment you earned them.
3. After 90 days, if you have not used the points, the system cancels them and they are no longer active and cannot be converted into a coupon.
4. Only registered users take part in the reward programme and in earning reward points.
5. The minimum cart amount in order to earn points with each order must be higher than €15.
6. With every order, each registered buyer earns 5% of the value of that order back in the form of loyalty points, which can be used on the next purchase.
7. When you recommend our natural cosmetics to a new buyer who registers on our website, both you and the new buyer receive 1 point each, worth €1.
8. From every order of a new buyer you recommended, you receive 2.5% of the value of their order in the form of points that you can collect and use as a discount on your next purchase.
9. Points are not transferable to other user accounts; they are linked to the e-mail address used for registration.
14. SPIN & WIN wheel of fortune
The wheel of fortune allows the user to win one of the daily discounts. The discount code is displayed on the website and is also sent to the e-mail address provided during the game. The code can only be used by the user who is registered on the malaodlavande.com web shop with the same e-mail with which they played. If they are not yet registered, they can register and use the code received.
The system will not recognise the code if the user is not logged in with the e-mail address to which the code was sent at the moment of entering the code.
The discount code is non-transferable and may only be used once, by the user who received it.
15.1 All product prices are retail prices. Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in Euros.
NOTE: The Seller (Angara d.o.o.) is not in the VAT system pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 1 of the Croatian Value Added Tax Act (ZPDV). Prices are final and do not include VAT.
15.2 The process of entering the price on the website for each product is subject to multi-level control, but nevertheless the possibility of an error exists, as this is not an automatic entry. Such situations are exceptional and the Seller apologises in advance to its customers, as they will have to be informed of the situation, the incorrect price for a particular product and the impossibility of delivering the specific buyer's order.
15.3 The Seller is authorised to change prices without prior notice, and is likewise authorised to change prices without prior notice exclusively for online purchases.
15.4 The Seller is authorised at any time to set up a sale, daily or weekly promotional prices for an individual Product, a group of Products and/or all Products.
15.5 Prices, payment terms and promotional offers are valid exclusively at the moment of the order. In the case of promotional sales, please note that the sale of products on promotion is limited. Buyers may be provided with a limited quantity of products, that is, a quantity sufficient for the Buyer's household use.
