We ship across the European Union through DPD — one of Europe's most reliable courier networks. Every Mala od lavande parcel leaves our workshop carefully packed and is handed over to DPD for door-to-door delivery.
How we deliver
DPD Home Delivery
Delivery directly to your home or business address. DPD handles the last mile across all 24 European Union member states where we ship.
Parcel lockers (DPD Pickup, BOX NOW), cash on delivery and free shipping over 34 € are available only for orders inside Croatia.

Parcel Tracking
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email and SMS with a DPD tracking number.
Order Processing Time
Every Mala od lavande product is made to order. We prepare and ship all orders within 7 business days from the confirmed order. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, DPD takes it from there.
Important: If your parcel does not arrive within 3 business days after the shipping notice, please write to info@malaodlavande.com so we can help.
