Under Article 81.a of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the period expires, using this form or an unequivocal written statement. Upon receipt of your statement, we will confirm its receipt to you by email without delay.
Note for cosmetic products: the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (Article 86, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act).
