Very happy with the experience overall.
Due to careless handling during delivery, the packaging on the products was damaged. I reported the issue and received replacement products without any damage.
I bought the nettle shampoo on recommendation and I'm very pleased — no more red scalp and the dandruff has reduced after just two uses.
