Great product, but the packaging lets it down

The product itself is excellent, but the packaging is another story. My order arrived with greasy, soiled packaging because the products had spilled during transit — probably due to the heat and lack of protective film on the bottles. The packaging really needs work. Best regards, Edita Smetko
