The makeup-removing balm is a fantastic product. A very small amount rubbed over the face — and even less over the eyes. I massaged it around my eyes with circular motions and ended up looking like a raccoon, haha. I was surprised to find it even removed waterproof Maybelline mascara. Rinsing was a bit tricky because my fingers stayed greasy, but by the next day my skin was soft and I realised you just rinse off as much as needed — the oiliness is meant to stay. No scent, which is a bonus, and absolutely no stinging or irritation.
