Long-time customer — a note about a mix-up

I've been ordering from you for a long time. On my last order I got a deo, but it arrived with a lot of women's products — my wife was thrilled and we assumed it was a gift, since I've been buying from you since day one. A few days later we got a call from the packing team saying they'd sent the wrong order by mistake and asked us to return it. Since some of the products had already been opened, we did have to return them, and the lady said she'd top them up and send them on — which honestly doesn't seem right to me, sending something that's been used to someone else. An unnecessary complication. Anyway, I've been using your deo almost from day one and I'm extremely happy with it. My wife kept a serum for eyebrows and decided not to return it — she's been using it and we'll see the results. So far her brows do seem slightly better but we're not sure yet. Best regards.

Good product, poor and unhygienic packaging

The product itself is great — removes makeup perfectly, including waterproof mascara, doesn't sting around the eyes, and skin feels soft after cleansing. Everything other reviewers mentioned holds true. But the packaging is the problem! In summer this balm turns completely liquid, and every time you open and close it some spills out, making the whole jar greasy and staining my spotless bathroom shelf and surrounding products — constant cleanup required. Even worse: since you constantly have to scoop it out with your fingers (clean and washed before use, yes), after about 1-2 months of use I noticed disgusting black mould forming inside the product!!! I ended up throwing away more than half the jar. Please package it in pump-style bottles like liquid soap — that would solve everything!
