I bought this ointment kind of "just in case", on a recommendation, but it proved its worth very quickly. After a pretty nasty fall down the stairs and a bad knock on my leg, I applied it and not a single bruise appeared (even though the spot was quite painful to the touch — so the bruise would have been pretty serious ). I also applied it to my son's legs after a hard training session and he had no muscle soreness at all. I hope it keeps living up to its miraculous reputation.
