Nettle shampoo and conditioner

The shampoo is excellent, the conditioner is unusual (we're probably just used to the heavy, silicone-y kind) but effective. Hair stays clean, that squeaky-clean feeling under your fingers — which I love — and most importantly, after just a few washes I noticed my hair is shedding much less, just the normal daily amount.

Why stop using commercial toothpaste?

This toothpaste has been a real discovery for me. It doesn't dry out the mouth, doesn't sting, leaves a pleasant minty scent and smooth teeth.
The feeling in your mouth is slightly acidic because of the baking soda (if you've ever brushed with just baking soda you know what I mean), but after a few uses you get used to it
Don't be put off by the black color either — the taste is genuinely pleasant
And the price is worth it because the tube really lasts a long time!
Definitely give it a try!
