Teeth are cleaner and whiter, gums are less sensitive to cold, and there's something indescribably fun about brushing your teeth with a paste that looks like shoe polish — I brush and laugh at the same time :-)

Shampoo

I've only used it twice, so I can't really say whether it has any positive or negative effect on my hair yet. What bothered me was the thickness and stickiness — it doesn't spread through the hair very easily; I had the feeling it was going to pull out what little hair I have....
