Despite the fact that the immortelle scent is quite intense, this is an excellent product — right up there with the immortelle micellar water, which also has a strong smell but is honestly one of the best micellar waters I've ever tried (and I've tried quite a few). I mainly see the hydrosol as a refreshing and hydrating face mist, especially for summer use (though I'll probably order a different scent for that purpose — purely because of the smell). Right now I use it before my night cream and during the day when I'm staying home. It refreshes my face and prevents that tight feeling. Intense scent aside, I'm giving it the highest rating — it deserves it, because in the end my skin seems grateful that I can put up with the smell
