Very satisfied — I've been using the balm for about a month now and I've managed to eliminate my daily pain. And from what people I know have said, the spur should disappear within a year. Onwards!

Excellent!!!!

It's really great. I ordered it in summer (when you need it most). It holds for a very long time and truly COMPLETELY neutralizes odors, even when I wear a polyester shirt (polyester and I were never friends before).
It leaves a few white marks on clothes, but they come off easily with a damp cloth. I apply just the tiniest amount right after showering using a plastic butter knife I got with margarine — much more practical than fingers, doesn't clump or crumble.
Smells wonderful. I'm very happy with it, I recommend it to everyone.
