I personally don't use the cream myself

I don't personally use the cream — it's my friend who does. She's very happy with it; this is already the 3rd one she's ordered from you. Her only complaint is that you're no longer selling it at the spots where you used to, and it's only available online now. The delivery didn't take long, but we were used to picking it up at a stall or in a shop. It's a shame you don't have a partnership with any pharmacies or stores that could carry your products. In any case, nothing but praise for the product itself.
