It's a little tricky to apply, but I figured it out — I transferred it to a cream jar and apply it with my finger. Otherwise it's great, no complaints...

Lavandula hydrolat

I don't think a hydrolat needs much commentary — we all know what it is. No mystery there. It's an excellent and very useful product. My only complaint is the price relative to the quantity — I think it's a bit steep. That's why I'm giving it a lower rating.
