What happened to the nettle shampoo?

A year ago I used the nettle shampoo and was absolutely in love with it. I decided to order it again and was quite surprised. After washing, my hair feels very dry and straw-like (and I have oily hair), and quite a bit falls out during washing. My hair gets greasy so fast that I have to wash it every day. The shampoo also seems thinner than it used to be. Overall, it just doesn't feel like the same great shampoo it once was...

Clay/Charcoal soap

I haven't noticed much of a change — the soap does clean my face well, but it dries it out a lot, so I absolutely have to apply moisturizer afterwards.
