Given that I truly believe in my products - I have previously offered a full refund for all products (without the need to return the product) if you are not satisfied with the guaranteed effect. It has shown how much you also believe in the product. This time, I am going one step further. On the principle of "old for new," I offer you the option to choose any Mala od lavande product (without any price restrictions) if you return the packaging of the used products. This way, you save while shopping! ?

What Do You Do with the Empty Packaging?

This is the question I asked in surveys, and I received answers that tell me we are all becoming more aware of caring for our only common home:

Closing the Loop: Circular Economy

So, let's close the loop together called "Circular Economy." Although the plastic packaging used by Mala od lavande natural cosmetics has no harmful impact on health because it meets all the rules of chemical inertness and does not release harmful polymers into the product, it is still not an environmentally ideal solution. ♻️

Instructions for the Procedure

1. The "Recycle and Profit" scheme includes absolutely all Mala od lavande packaging, which must have the original label when returned.
2. Before returning, the packaging should be rinsed of any remaining contents.
3. To be eligible for one desired product of your choice, you need to send nine (9) pieces of empty packaging along with your details.
4. In the details you send us, include your name and surname, address, phone number, and, of course, the name of the product you want us to send you.
5. Send the aforementioned to the address "Mala od lavande", Angara d.o.o., P.P. 17, 10360 Sesvete (Exclusively by Croatian Post because it is a P.O. box address and the cheapest shipping option for you – other shipping options are not accepted - Tisak and other courier services cannot deliver to our P.O. box, and all shipments sent otherwise will be returned to the sender).

Our Recycling Process

What do we do with the empty packaging of our products you send us? According to the Zero waste concept principle - Reuse or Recycle, part of the packaging goes to recycling if it is not usable or too damaged, while part is reused after undergoing a cleaning and disinfection process with special ecological and safe agents, followed by additional microbiological analysis and safety risk assessment before refilling.
