At Mala od lavande, we celebrate the love for natural cosmetics together! As a small family brand, we are aware of the importance of community and your support in spreading awareness about natural cosmetics and their benefits. Therefore, we have designed a new loyalty program that gives you the opportunity to enjoy our products, spread the word about them, and be rewarded for your loyalty.

How Does the Loyalty Program Work?

We return 5% of the amount of each of your orders! With our new loyalty program, you collect discounts and use them on your next orders. For every order on our webshop over 15€, you will receive 5% of the order value back in the form of loyalty points that you can use on your next purchase. This is our way of thanking you for supporting our mission to promote natural cosmetics and help small local producers like us.

Refer Us and Be Rewarded!

When you refer our natural cosmetics to a new customer who registers on our website, both you and the new customer will receive 1 point worth 1€. This is our way of thanking you for your support and help in spreading the word about the quality of domestic natural products. In addition to the initial gift/discount, from every order over 15€ of the customer you referred, you get 2.5% of the order value, which you can use as a discount on your own orders!

Program Details

1. The value of 1 reward point is 1€.
2. Points are valid for 90 days from the moment you earn them.
3. After 90 days, unused points expire.
4. Only registered users participate in the rewards program.
5. The minimum cart amount to earn points is over 15€.
6. 5% of each order value is returned as loyalty points.
7. By referring a new customer, both you and the new customer get 1 point.
8. 2.5% of the order value of the referred new customer goes to you as points for your next purchase.
9. Points are not transferable to other user accounts, they are tied to the email address used for registration.
